Presidential Penny Poll (the “Service”) is provided for entertainment purposes only. Votes, polls, rankings, and results displayed on the Service are not scientific, are not endorsements, and do not affect, predict, or influence any real election, ballot, or official outcome. Nothing on the Service should be interpreted as political advice or as an attempt to influence any election.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to verify your email address during registration. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, create accounts using false information, or operate multiple accounts to manipulate results.
The Service may allow you to purchase virtual points or other digital items. Points have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are non-transferable except as expressly permitted within the Service. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Payments are processed by third-party providers, and you agree to their terms in addition to these Terms.
The Service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any candidate, campaign, political party, government agency, or election authority. All names, likenesses, and references are used for commentary and entertainment.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to manipulate votes or rankings, interfering with the operation of the Service, uploading unlawful or infringing content, harassing other users, or attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and version above and may ask you to re-accept. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
